Since 2016, NEXTINFRA, based in South Korea, has been trying to create and offer the best baby products for newborns and kids, helping moms all over the global feel safe from any harmful substances. There are reasons that all our company's products are made with cornstarch. First of all, it decreases the use of plastic, helping the environment. Secondly, it protects our kids from injurious substances. Lastly, it helps kids learn how to self-feed. The divided plates are designed to be the perfect size and all are washed at tempuratures up to 140ºC. We hope you have wonderful time with your baby and kids with our baby products.

Shop Policies

Shipping Processing Time

International Shipping Process

1) Order Processing & Domestic Shipping: A seller prepares and sends your order to the Kmall24 warehouse in Korea.

This usually takes 2-5 business days.

2) International Shipping: After the Kmall24 warehouse checks the parcel and measures its weight, your order is shipped to your country within 1-2 business days.

Tracking details will be available once international shipping begins.

Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method and your location.

Below are estimated shipping times for each method.

- DHL : 3-7 business days

- EMS : 3-7 business days

- K-Packet : 2-8 weeks

Upon arrival in your country, the shipment may get held at customs.

In this case, a delay in delivery could occur.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

The customer will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees.

Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations / Returns / Exchange

Order cancellations can only be made before the seller ships the item for delivery (usually 1-2 business days after the purchase).

Even if your order status is listed as “processing,” cancellations cannot be made if the seller has already shipped the items to the Kmall24 warehouse.

 

Requests for returns or exchanges should be made directly to the seller.

Requests can be made through the “Returns” menu under “My Orders.”

Such requests will only be accepted when the item received has a significant defect.

Please contact the seller to confirm that the item is refundable.

 

If a problem occurs while communicating with the seller, please contact the Kmall24 support team with photos of the defective item, invoice, and the shipping box.

Kmall24 will help you resolve any issues with the seller.
