【0001】 The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for deodorizing old person smell by using oriental natural materials, and more particularly to a natural oriental cosmetic composition comprising natural oriental ingredient having superior antibacterial/antiseptic effect and antioxidant activity to deodorize old person smell, that is body odor with aging occurring in the elderly.
【0005】 In particular, when senescence is reached, the unique old person smell is caused by a substance resulting from oxidation and decomposition of cis-9hexadecenoic acid(C16H30O2), which is a fatty acid contained in sebum. This substance is nonenal aldehyde (C9H16O), and although it is produced mainly in the elderly, it is produced in patients suffering from chronic diseases, in particular patients for whom movement is difficult. In other words, more waste remains with less steady metabolism, and more nonenal aldehyde, which is a substance created from decomposition of unsaturated fatty acids in the sebaceous glands, is created thereby discharging musty smell. Thus, preventing oxidation of cis-9hexadecenoic acid, which is a reactant discharged in vivo through the sebaceous glands, is expected to suppress old person smell.

【0006】 An objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for deodorizing old person smell by using oriental natural materials comprising, an antibacterial/antiseptic substance derived from natural material for inhibiting activity of bacteria produced by lipid peroxide in the skin, and also an antioxidant derived from natural material for inhibiting oxidation of waste such as cis-9hexadecenoic acid produced in the skin, in particular in the elderly skin.
【TECHNICAL SOLUTION】
【0007】 The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for deodorizing old person by using oriental natural materials comprising Sanghwang mushroom extract, sophora root extract, Scutellaria root extract, Sancho extract, Korean pasqueflower extract, and moss extract.
【ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS】
【0008】 The cosmetic composition of the present invention can be used effectively as a cosmetic composition for deodorizing old person smell, that is body odor with aging occurring in the elderly, due to its excellent antioxidant activity and antibacterial/antiseptic effect.
【0009】 In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be expected to replace conventional synthetic preservatives due to its use of natural oriental materials.
【0010】 The present invention was completed by realizing that use of Sanghwang mushroom extract as antioxidant derived from natural material for inhibiting oxidation of waste such as cis-9hexadecenoic acid produced in the skin, in particular in the elderly skin, and use of sophora root extract, scutellaria root extract, sancho extract, Korean pasque flower extract, and moss extract as antibacterial/antiseptic substance derived from natural material for inhibiting activity of bacteria produced by lipid peroxide in the skin significantly deodorized elderly odor, that is body odor with aging.
【0020】 Sanghwang mushroom extract, sophora root extract, scutellaria root extract, sancho extract, Korean pasque flower extract, and moss extract obtained as above can be used to produce cosmetic composition using commonly known conventional cosmetic manufacturing methods. For example, commonly used cosmetic components such as glycerin, purified water, and glycol distearate can be mixed with each extract obtained as stated above to produce cosmetics such as body lotion and body cleanser.
